Spring Conference is a great opportunity for affordable education, networking, and learning more about the services provided on a local, state and national level to our REALTOR® members.

One of our two annual major meetings, Spring Conference features affordable CE taught by nationally known speakers, along with business meetings (Committees and Chapters) culminating in the Board of Directors meeting, which all members are encouraged to attend. CE is offered simultaneous to the business meetings. If attending business meetings ONLY, there is no fee. However, we still ask that you register for the conference by selecting the appropriate registrant type.

Professional Development

This year’s Spring Conference will feature more education choices! There will be 20 hours of CE (pending TREC approval) to choose from.

Registration

There will be NO On-Site Registration and space is limited, so register early. To receive the Early Bird rate, you must register ON OR BEFORE March 11, 11:59 p.m. Advance registration will continue  March 12 until March 21, 11:59 p.m. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER March 21, 11:59 p.m. If you plan to attend ONLY business meetings, there is NO CHARGE.

All cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee; you must cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival or payment is forfeited. Registrations are non- transferable.

All hotel reservations are made DIRECTLY with Franklin Marriott Cool Springs. Click here to book hotel reservations online. Mention “TAR” to get the group rate. Booking deadline is March 6, unless the room block has filled. Reservations received after March 6 OR after our block has been filled will be accepted on a rate- and space-available basis. Individual cancellations must be 24 hours in advance.
