New! Consumer Brochures on Tennessee Agency Law!

As a service to TAR members, the Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation (TREEF) has produced two consumer brochures on TN's agency law: one for buyers and one for sellers!  These two brochures are the product of several months of work and editing by various agency instructors AND several attorneys who graciously gave their help to this project. The two brochures are in printable PDF format. You can download them by clicking on either of the links below. TransactionDesk replaces InstanetForms (January 2, 2008)

As many of you know, TransactionDesk replaced InstanetForms as of January 2, 2008. The good news is that TransactionDesk is just a higher version of InstanetForms and NO information was lost during the transition. All of your saved forms and transactions will still be available since this is the same system, just an upgrade to the forms web application.

  2. TAR News Blog - As a TAR Member, you can subscribe to the TAR News Blog. Use any RSS Reader to receive the latest articles posted in the TAR Digest and TAR Forms Update Newsletters. You have to log in first, as this is an exclusive service to TAR members only.

  3. News Library - View the latest NEWS (RSS feeds) from NAR and other Real Estate sources by selecting "News Library" located in the navigation panel to your left. You can read news about any of the following:
