Staying up-to-date was once a challenge. Not any more!
Our official news and information service -- designed for TAR members (and local association staff) -- is our TAR DIGEST email newsletter. It's the most convenient way to stay up-to-date! Each week, TAR distributes real estate news by email, including Hot Line questions and answers, legal & business tips, legislative news, and other announcements. There is no charge for this service!
To receive this email newsletter, simply go to the site below, and use the "Get News By Email" feature on the home page of the TAR DIGEST. Once you enter your email address, you will then receive an email from the system with a link in it that you must also click, to CONFIRM your subscription request. This extra step protects you and others from having someone else subscribe your name without your permission!
We value your privacy! The TAR DIGEST will only be sent to subscribers ...AND we do not release or sell the email addresses of subscribers to anyone else, for any reason!
As of May 1, 2008, things are changing! The ONLY REALTORS and others who will receive the TAR DIGEST after that date will be those who follow the procedure above, even if you have received it before! Our existing list of subscribers will no longer be used, and we will NOT have the ability to add you to the list of subscribers, so it's important for you to subscribe yourself by May 1!

TAR Forms Email Newsletter
In addition to the TAR DIGEST, TAR has ALSO created one other newsletter to meet very special needs...and you can receive it for FREE as well! This is NOT a discussion list; it's for monthly announcements only, so your mailbox won't overflow with individual messages or comments.
Our extra newsletter -- TAR Forms Update-- is our special way to keep members informed of updates to any of TAR's standard forms, or our online forms solution and very important information regarding the forms content. This will be the EASIEST way to stay up-to-date on TAR's forms and forms-related services.
Although the TAR DIGEST, is usually emailed at least once a week, the forms newsletter is emailed MUCH LESS frequently ...once a month.
To receive this e-mail newsletter for FREE, simply ensure that your membership record in the National REALTOR® Database System (NRDS) has your current, personal e-mail address in it. The easiest way to do this is to ask your Local Association staff to update your NRDS record with your personal email address.
