Gwen chaired the NETAR awards committee for 2007 and will chair the NETAR Leadership committee for 2008. She was elected to serve on the NETAR board of directors for a three year term, beginning in 2008 and appointed to serve on the state board of directors in 2008. Along with participating in the TAR and NETAR Leadership programs in 2007, Gwen also was awarded TAR GRI Student of the Year at the Convention in Destin, FL.

We not only learned about the structure and innerworkings of the associations, we were also encouraged to self reflect and figure out who we were and why we were there-a great first step for any potential leader. I also made some very good friends across the state that I will stay in touch with for years to come."

Glenn was elected to the Memphis Area Association of Realtor's® (MAAR) Board of Directors for a two year term begining in 2007. He was elected to serve as Secretary/Treasurer for the association for a term begining in 2008. Glenn has chaired his association's Governing Documents committee, MLS committee for two terms (member for six) and and served three terms on the Greivance committee. He has been appointed to the Tennessee Association of Realtor's® Board of Directors for 2008.

Cyndi has been a Realtor since June 2003. She is a member of the Bristol TN/VA Association of Realtors where she has chaired the Community Service Committee for 2006 and 2007. She was awarded Outstanding Committee Chairperson for 2006. She also was awarded Top Sales Person of the year for Heritage Homes in 2006. She holds a certificate in Leadership Development awarded by the Bristol TN/VA Chamber of Commerce. Cyndi will be serving as a member of the Professional Standards Committee for 2008-2009.
