The Leadership program is a wonderful networking opportunity and steeping stone for those who which to become more involved in both State and Local Associations.
Since my involvement in the program I have also completed the Jefferson County Leadership Program. Both of these experiences helped to better prepare myself for my current role as Association President of my local board the Lakeway Association of Realtors. The program has helped me in making decisions that will affect our association in the future as well as satisfy the present needs. The county program was an eye opener on how important it is to be involved in charities not only with monetary donations but also giving your time.
The friendships have been priceless our group developed a bond that will last the rest of our lives.
