How to Earn the GRI Designation
GRI Courses 1-6 are required and must be completed within 5 years.(Courses do NOT have to be taken in any particular order or sequence, AND GRI Courses may be taken in EITHER Classroom or E-Class formats, or in any combination thereof.)
The GRI Curriculum consists of the following courses:
- GRI 1: Professionalism in Real Estate (16 hours)
- GRI 2: Smart Marketing - Your Listings & Your Services (16 hours)
- GRI 3: Financing the Successful Transaction (16 hours)
- GRI 4: From Offer to Contract to Closing (16 hours)
- GRI 5: Systems for Success (16 hours)
- GRI 6: Sticky Situations (16 hours)
PLEASE NOTE: ALL applications for the GRI designation received after January 1, 2008 must include successful completion of all six GRI Courses. Elective credits may no longer be submitted. Successful completion of GRI 6: Sticky Situations is required for all GRI designation applications received after January 1, 2008.
