How To Register For Courses - Classroom and E-Class

Registrations for all Classroom and E-Class GRI courses are handled by the Education Department of the Tennessee Association of REALTORS. Classroom and E-Class GRI courses are interchangeable, and GRI courses can be taken in any order.  Students can fulfill part of their course requirements with Classroom courses and part of them with E-Class courses; it's your choice! Online registration for 2012 courses is available HERE. You can also register by FAX. Download a GRI Registration form (in PDF format) which you can use to register for any of the GRI courses below. Once you've printed and filled out that form, fax it to: Sally Cummings in the TAR Office (FAX: 615-321-4905). NOTE: GRI 401 through 406 are required for the designation, plus 42 hours of Elective credits. Every E-Class GRI Course is approved for 16 hours of CE! The E-Class Course GRI 401-402 satisfies the requirements for BOTH GRI 401 and 402.  The E-Class Course 403-404 satisfies the requirements for BOTH GRI 403 and 404.

Course Tuition

2012 Tuition for GRI Classroom courses is as follows:

  • Members - early: $95 (at least one week prior to the course)
  • Members (on-site): $120
  • Non-members: $115 early (at least one week prior to the course); $145 late

2012 Tuition for GRI E-Class courses is as follows:

  • Members: $190 (at least 24 hours prior to the course)
  • Non-members: $215
