CE Courses Available for Local Associations To Host

TAR and TREEF sponsor a wide range of CE Courses – CLICK HERE for a complete list in PDF format -- all of which local associations can host locally for their members!

This is a service to all local associations!  Taking advantage of it will:
  • Save your local association time otherwise needed to submit and get CE approval from TREC for course offerings;
  • Save your local association money that would otherwise be paid for CE applications to TREC and (in the case of REBAC courses) the annual licensing fees paid for the right to offer such courses as the ABR course, etc.;
  • Spare your local association from the hassle of getting the course and instructor paperwork compiled and submitted to TREC for CE-accreditation applications; and
  • Give your courses added exposure by having them promoted through both the TAR Calendar and the TAR DIGEST!
There is no charge to host any of these CE courses, other than whatever you agree to pay the instructor. As a service to local associations, TREEF eliminated all per-student fees to host any of these courses – including any of the REBAC courses! Currently the following courses are available for hosting by any REALTOR Association in Tennessee:
  • 2009-2010 Core CE Course (4 hrs. CE)
  • Homeownership Options for Tennessee's Workforce! (6 hrs. CE)
  • Agency in Tennessee (4 hrs. CE)
  • NAR Quadrennial Ethics Course (3 hrs. CE)
  • RESPA Really Matters! (4 hrs. CE)
